Senior/Junior Business Development Associate

Job Summary: KBD Credit Solutions is seeking dynamic professionals for Sales and Operations roles to join our growing team. We are looking for individuals who can drive business growth while maintaining operational excellence in loan processing.

Sales Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities for various loan products including Secured and Unsecured loans
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners including Builders, Realtors, CAs, DSAs, and corporate clients
  • Generate quality leads through networking, referrals, and self-sourcing initiatives
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across multiple loan products (Mortgage/Home Loan/LAP/PL/BL)
  • Conduct product presentations and explain loan features, terms, and conditions to potential clients
Operations Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end loan processing from application to disbursement
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements
  • Collect and verify customer documents as per checklist
  • Coordinate with banking partners for smooth file processing
  • Maintain accurate MIS and provide regular updates on pipeline status
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Educational Qualification: Graduate/MBA in Finance/Marketing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven leadership abilities and team management skills
  • Result-oriented mindset with ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in banking/financial services sales preferred

Compensation

CTC: As per market standards + Attractive Incentives (Based on experience and performance)

Compensation package includes base salary, performance bonuses, and additional benefits as per company policy.
